Earl Consultants incorporated was established in Oct 1997,and has been dealing with a development consultancy service especially surveying and planning of health care facility and equipment at many developing countries around the world.

The firm has multinational professional staff includes specialist in medical field such as doctor, clincal testing technician,chemist veterinary surgeon, as well as the other field; architect social science, education and gender.

Recently, we have mainly been tackling to improve health care system include implementing equipments and managing its training and maintenance, and then successfully helped to provide the necessity equipments and materials to targeted countries through the Japan's Grant aid scheme.
